The room was huge and comfy, but it had dirty floors and broken furniture.

The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. I appreciated the king room's size. it had a nice microwave and refrigerator for convenience. The bed and pillows were comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. However, I noticed some cleanliness issues. The floors weren't as clean as they could have been, and there were some cigarette burns in a supposedly non-smoking room. Additionally, the check-in experience felt awkward, set through a window while the lobby was closed. Communication with the staff could improve as well. they were a bit dismissive when I raised concerns about my room. Overall, the experience could have been much better with more attention to cleanliness and customer service.

The comfy bed was definitely a plus! But the place was kinda old with stains everywhere and no coffee available, which sucked. Just okay overall. 😕

missingWrote a review on Sept 29black-out curtainsjacuzzi tubinoperative unit
The king suite featured black-out curtains and a jacuzzi tub, which could have been a relaxing escape if not for the other issues. Clean beds provided a decent spot to crash after a long day.
The check-in process felt off, set up through a window while the lobby was closed off. Room 120’s heating unit was inoperative, and the jacuzzi tub emitted a foul odor reminiscent of stale egg nog. A frustrating battle ensued just to connect the TV to the direct box, only for the water in the tub to remain lukewarm despite attempts to fill it for a soak. After a trip to Walmart, our tub water still didn’t heat up. I received partial reimbursement, but the experience left much to be desired. I'll steer clear of this place in the future.

missingWrote a review on Jun 12great locationcable programmingdusty hair dryer
Had a great time with my friends here! The location is perfect, close to the Caldwell Zoo and the Goodman-LeGrand House & Museum, which made our stay fun. We loved watching cable programming that kept us entertained after a long day. The room was nice and had all we needed.
One downside was that we found some dust on the hair dryer, which could use better cleaning.

The king room was spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. There was a nice microwave and refrigerator, too, which was great. But I found some dust and the furniture could use a good cleaning. Also, it was frustrating when the TV didn’t work at first. Still, the room was decent enough for my solo trip!
